You can withdraw your winnings via Online Banking. Withdrawal requests are processed daily and may take 2-4 business days to post to your account.
Please note that you cannot withdraw any “pending bonus” or other promotional credit you haven’t earned as cash.
As part of the withdrawal process, and to help us monitor potential fraudulent activity, we may ask to re-verify your identity.
